On March 27, 2025, BAIC Group's "Intelligent Future" Innovation Technology Forum and forward-looking Technology Exhibition "came to a successful conclusion.

This event focused on core areas such as smart cockpits, intelligent driving, and smart chassis systems. It brought together 35 outstanding component manufacturers and over a hundred industry experts. Through a three-dimensional dialogue mechanism—including the "Smart Mobility for the Future" innovation technology forum, a cutting-edge technology exhibition, and closed-door seminars—the event explored innovative paths for intelligent connected vehicles and jointly shaped a new industrial ecosystem.

Collaborative Development, Co-Creating a New Ecosystem

At the opening ceremony, Zhang Yanqing, vice dean and director of the project management center of BAIC research institute, delivered a speech. He proposed that the intelligent transformation of the automotive industry is at a critical period, intelligent cockpit, intelligent driving and other technologies have gradually achieved large-scale landing, and technological breakthroughs cannot be achieved without open cooperation. It expresses the beautiful vision of the coordinated development of the industrial chain and creating a win-win situation.

Li Jikai, chairman of the Beijing Automotive Engineering Society and senior adviser & chairman of BAIC Group, pointed out in his speech that the current global automobile is in a stage of great change, especially the intelligent technology breakthrough represented by automatic driving and intelligent cockpit, and the restructuring of the automotive industry chain, which is both an opportunity given by the times and a common challenge for the industry. We hope to work together and build an open and inclusive smart driving environment.

Intelligent network leads the new revolution

As a benchmark enterprise in the global automotive software industry, Carota was invited to attend the event and engaged in in-depth discussions with guests and clients. In addition,  Carota also showcased its latest generation of the self-developed universal OTA simulation testbed. This equipment supports various tasks in the OTA upgrade process, including detecting upgrade tasks, downloading upgrade packages, automatically verifying package integrity, pre-condition checks, performing flashing, and rolling back in case of upgrade failures, providing users with a completely new operational experience.
